Yeah yeah yeah, we know Valentine’s Day is cheesy and an excuse for businesses to take your money and we should celebrate our loved ones every day and all that jazz... But we don’t care! The Skillsroad team is (mostly!) an incurably romantic bunch with a love for puns and bad dad jokes. And thus, we’ve created the perfect set of free,
printable Valentine’s Cards for you to share far and wide.
Seriously, just click any of the images below and download. Then print. Then hand them to friends, family, loved ones, colleagues, teachers, your hairdresser, the barista at your favourite coffee place and that strange bloke that lives on level 3 and only ever seems to talk to his cat. You’ll make their day, guaranteed.

Valentine’s Day is for everyone!
We know that some lovers take the day rather seriously, but you don’t have to be in a relationship to celebrate the day. You can use Valentine’s Day to be kind to other people as well. Maybe you want to thank a teacher, show your parents that you appreciate them, make a friend feel special or cheer someone up that you know has been going through a tough time? Heck, you could even bake your doggo a special cupcake to show him he’s a Good Dog! Do something nice for people: it’ll come back to you.
“My life is sweeter because you’re in it”
We tend to take the people around us for granted. It’s not anybody’s fault: it’s just life and being busy and being worried and having goals that need to be smashed. So if Valentine’s Day has one good side, it’s that it’s a day where you can actively focus on making someone else feel good, to show them that they matter. You could:
- Write them a heartfelt note
- Share a cheesy Valentine’s Day card (hint, hint)
- Deliver some flowers (it doesn’t have to be roses, get creative and pick some in your garden)
- Pop a small treat into their post box
- Give someone a big hug
- Say thank you in a situation you usually wouldn’t have
- Hand out cupcakes in your neighbourhood
- Mow an elderly neighbour’s lawn
- Surprise your team with office donuts
- Make your parents breakfast in bed
The options really are endless. And they don’t have to be grand gestures, either. Now go forth, and spread the love!
