The Full-Time Administrative Assistant will participate in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for Bold Web Design. The assistant will also be responsible for preparing the board rooms for client meetings and answering all phone calls.

We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, proactive, self-driven, strong communication (verbal and written) skills, social but professional demeanour. The Administrative Assistant will need to juggle and prioritise workload, be excellent at multi-tasking, be detail orientated and organised, and respond well to urgent requests while working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including but not limited to, assisting with answering all phone calls, preparing reports or proposals, filing, scanning, calendar management, expense reports, and meetings
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, action items and other administrative needs of the team, as required.
  • Ensure team members are prepared for all meetings and carry forward action items.

No job experience required.

The successful candidate will be paid a competitive salary of $60,000 - 65,000 per annum.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
