Required Skills

Under the Supervision of a qualified Electrician you will be assisting with some of the following:

• repair or replace faulty wiring and defective parts
• use electrical and electronic test instruments to trace and diagnose faults
• select, cut and connect wire and cable to terminals and connectors
• test continuity of circuit
• examine blueprints, wiring diagrams and specifications to determine sequences and methods of operation
• position and install electrical switchboards

Preferred skills

Role Description

Ringway Control and Automation is a local, Australian owned Electrical and electronic engineering, manufacturing, and control company that has specialised in control systems for conveyors and associated equipment since the 1980’s.  Based in Unanderra (NSW), Ringway is involved in the heavy to light industry sectors including mining equipment, manufacturing machines, food processing machines, condition monitoring and many other processes.


A position exists for an apprentice within the Electrical Manufacturing Section of our business.
