Role Description

review contract terms and advise management or issues and implementation, suggestion and amendments; work with contract related parties to ensure that contractual obligations are met; review and report on outcomes; stay up to date with legislative changes and coordinate with lawyers if required; ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contract are met; overseeing compliance of contract by internal and external parties; analyse potential risk and digital records including customer information and payments etc;
