Role Description

You will have the chance to learn a broad range of business administration skills including:

  • Preparing and collating documents, spread sheets and presentations.
  • Data entry of all new starter records, contract changes, salary increases and terminations.
  • Checking all New contracts and verifying data
  • Coordinating administration associated with terminations, probationary reviews, work experience
  • Taking responsibility for answering calls for HR Department.
  • Processing HR invoices, filing, sorting mail and ordering office supplies
  • Assisting other team members and management.
  • Cover reception when receptionist is on breaks, at a meeting or on leave.

All wages are paid as per the National Traineeship Award.
