Role Description

your duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Reception duties, meet and greet clients
  • Customer Service – Counter Sales
  • Daily use of MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Filing, scanning and archiving
  • Organising and receiving of deliveries
  • Maintain business records on the computer
  • Basic accounts administration
  • Warehouse stock control and delivery assistance
  • Ensuring the reception is kept tidy at all times
  • Undertake other administrative duties as trained and directed
