Your responsibilities include:
Completing daily targets for production of bakery goods
Ensuring the recording of all system forms are completed on a mix to mix basis.
General cleaning and hygiene maintenance,
Adhering to policies and procedures; recipes and internal traceability documentation.
Recognising problems and sharing solutions with the Head of Bakery.
Compliance with WHS guidelines and HACCP guidelines.
A first aid certificate would be a benefit.
Intitial repsonsibility is to the Head of Bakery but ultimate responsibility is to the Founder and Creator.
