Responsibilities

  • Ensure commitment and compliance to Occupational Health & Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity legislation and company policies. All activities must be carried out in a safe environment using safe work practices.
  •  Adherences to timelines, including start, meal breaks and finish time. Being proactive in real time management.
  • Willingness to assist others and ensure Motorserve achieve operation efficiencies and are industry best.
  • Promote and enhance the member experience.
  • Perform overtime as required to ensure business needs are met.
  • Clean and organised workstation with adherence to tool checklist.
  • Contribute to embedding a Safety awareness culture within the team
  • An awareness to drive LTIFR to zero.
  • Participate in Quarterly 1-1’s feedback sessions with Manage

The Motorserve a Technician Apprentice will contribute to the business plan by ensuring total customer satisfaction by performing quality mechanical servicing, maintenance, and repairs of vehicles in a timely manner that will enable Motorserve to be industry best.
