  • Good maths and English skills to ensure you are able to read and interpret  recipes, measure ingredients correctly and record information
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • Fitness and stamina
  • Availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends

  • Achieving a high standard of cleanliness and safety

  • Completion of a Certificate 3 Retail Baking (Cake and Pastry)
