We are currently looking for motivated and passionate full-time 1st Year to 4th Year Apprentice Chefs to join our Food and Beverage team. Starting your career as a Chef will involve food preparation, cooking, and developing your skills of authentic Italian cuisine alongside our professional team of Chefs.

As an apprentice chef, you will:
- Assist in monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Assist in discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen and waiting staff.
- Learning techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
- Learning food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Enforcing hygiene regulations.
- Assist on menu planning and in the ordering of food supplies.
- Learn how to properly freeze and preserve foods.
