Role Description

We are currently looking for motivated and passionate full-time 1st Year to 4th Year Apprentice Chefs to join our Food and Beverage team. Starting your career as a Chef will involve food preparation, cooking, and developing your skills of authentic Italian cuisine alongside our professional team of Chefs.

This position is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment with ongoing training and development, to extend your knowledge and skills within the hospitality industry.

As an apprentice chef, you will:

  • Assist in monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
  • Assist in discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen and waiting staff.
  • Learning techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
  • Learning food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Enforcing hygiene regulations.
  • Assist on menu planning and in the ordering of food supplies.
  • Learn how to properly freeze and preserve foods.
