  • Passion for cooking Italian food
  • Must maintain a positive working attitude at all times
  • Must be clean, organised and reliable
  • Must be available nights and weekends (Wednesday to Sunday)
  • Food Safety standards understanding

Role Description

  • Assist the Head Chef in all preparation for pizzas, salads and desserts
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
  • Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
