Apprentice - Certificate III Civil Construction

  • Three year Apprenticeship – Certificate III in Civil Construction

Kickstart your career in the civil construction industry and leave a mark on the development of local community infrastructure.  A great opportunity to learn with this rewarding apprenticeship, gain practical experience, skills and knowledge.

You will be involved in:

  • Maintaining drainage systems – urban & rural
  • Maintaining sealed roads
  • Conducting Civil Construction plant operations
  • Operate small equipment
  • Conducting Earthworks
  • Contributing to team effectiveness
  • Planning and organising work – carrying out measurements & calculations
  • Reading and interpreting plans – work safely in the workplace and follow OHS policies and procedures
  • Maintaining site records – communicate in the workplace

You will:

  • Thrive working outdoors
  • Have a can-do attitude, displaying initiative
  • Strong track record of being punctual, reliable and hardworking
  • Physically fit and able to move repetitively
  • Commitment and willingness to learn (3 year Apprenticeship)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Hold a driver’s licence (provisional or full)
