Role Description

Working closely with the Head of Bakery;you will be responsible for the manufacture of all product lines;bread,cakes,biscuit and confectionery.

- You will follow systemand  policy

- You will have an understanding of HACCAP,Workplace Health and Safety and WQA

- You will undersatnd and achieve daily and weekly targets set;within a specific timeframe

- You will ensure the pace of your work is fast;with an appreciation for a quality product

- Your training and knowledge will add value to the production floor
