Must possess good knife skills, be able to follow recipes & teqniques shown to replicate our food.

You must be a strong team player and possess a positive attitude.

This will be a fun challenging role for the right person.

Already or in their last year of apprenticeship.

Must be able to hold down a section in service

Must work methodically to a cheive a high standard at all times

Be able to execute at the highest level even in times of stressful busy services.

Role Description

The position is for our colds & snacks section as well as pastry. You will enjoy an seasonally evolving menu, using only the best seasonal produce from small producers, mostly farm direct. 

We have a zero waste policy, care about sustainability and the planet.

We bake daily, butcher all our fish, make charcuterie, ferment, cure & pickle
